It’s time for one of the most exciting fundraisers of the year—Penny Wars! From Monday, August 18th through Friday, August 29th, students will battle it out to see which grade can collect the most points and win a pizza party 🎉🍕
How to Earn Points for Your Grade
Send your child with coins to drop into their grade’s jar:
🟤 Penny = +1 point
🪙 Nickel = +5 points
🪙 Dime = +10 points
🪙 Quarter = +25 points
How to Sabotage Other Grades
Want to play offense? Send bills to place in other grades’ jars. These take points away:
💵 $1 = -100 points
💵 $5 = -500 points
💵 $10 = -1000 points
💵 $20 = -2000 points
How It Works
Students bring money to their teacher.
Coins go in their own grade’s jar (positive points).
Bills go in another grade’s jar (negative points).
Rankings will be updated daily during morning announcements and posted in the cafeteria.
